Jennifer leads on sustainability impact assessment for the CULTIVATE project led by Trinity College Dublin. She has a passion for community food initiatives and food justice. She specialises in showing how projects like community growing, social kitchens, and surplus food redistribution deliver meaningful environmental and social impact, helping organisations turn values into measurable change. Jennifer holds an MA in Food Studies and Gastronomy, where her research examined the benefits and barriers to urban agriculture. This focus directly informs her current role as Secretary of Community Gardens Ireland.
